Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

This policy is operated appropriately, taking into account the characteristics of toric colored contact lenses (Highly Managed Medical Devices) shipped directly from South Korea to overseas and in compliance with related laws and regulations.

1. Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges will be processed only after our verification, provided that all the following conditions are met:

Cases where the delivered product differs from the order (discrepancy in SPH, CYL, AXIS, Color, or Duration), cases where damage or staining during the delivery process is confirmed, or cases where a manufacturing defect is reasonably recognized.

If you wish to request an exchange, please contact customer support within 3 days of product arrival. For fact-checking purposes, we require the submission of photos or videos that clearly show the condition of the product.

The product subject to exchange must be unopened and unused, and the outer packaging and individual lens blister packs must be in perfect condition. Please return all components, including accessories and any promotional items provided.

2. Cases Where Exchange is Not Possible

We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases: returns or exchanges due to customer preference, discrepancy in personal image (color, design, feel, etc.), errors in the customer's selection of power or specifications, products that have been opened or worn, deformation or damage due to poor storage, or cases where more than 3 days have passed since the product's arrival.

Toric colored contact lenses are medical devices with varying suitability for each user. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, resale is not permitted, making the above cases ineligible for exchange.

3. Returns and Refunds

As this product is classified as a medical device, we do not accept returns or refunds due to customer preference from the perspective of relevant laws and hygiene management.

However, only in cases where misdelivery due to our responsibility, damage during delivery, or a manufacturing defect is reasonably confirmed, we may process a return or refund after a situational review.

4. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued after the product has been collected and the inspection is complete. Due to the nature of international shipping, it may take approximately 14 to 21 days for the refund to be finalized.

The timing of the refund reflection varies depending on the payment method used and the processing status of the financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

In the case of an exchange or refund due to our responsibility, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

Please note that requests resulting from the customer's selection errors or personal preferences are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

6. Important Information Before Purchase

We recommend purchasing toric colored contact lenses based on a prescription and regular check-ups from an ophthalmologist.

The values for SPH, CYL, and AXIS vary by individual, and any mismatch caused by the selected content is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Because this is a direct overseas transaction, the return and exchange conditions may differ from those of general physical stores or domestic e-commerce sites in the destination country.
